About me

My name is Zsuzsanna Bagi and I consider myself a passionate learner. I believe in life long learning and continous development. In our fast changing environment it is essential to seek for opportunities to develop ourselves. Today I want to be better than yesterday, tomorrow I will search for opportunities to be better than today. It may sound like a cliché but this is something I truly believe in. This motivates my decisions and how I spend my days. Everyday I help people to reach their goals and develop themselves.
My job is to develop people. As a team leader it is actually in my job description to develop my team of 17 people. However, I prefer to go beyond. I deliver soft skills trainings at work and also outside. I provide also coaching according to my free capacities.

My Journey

I always loved learning new things but it took me time to realize that developing myself and others is the thing I would like to do as a profession. After finishing my bachelor studies (International Business, BA), I moved to Italy for 1.5 year and worked for the public transport company of Savona. When I came back to Hungary, it was essential for me not to forget Italian, so I started to work for multinational companies. I decided to continue my studies and finished my master degree in Marketing (MA). I was really interested in HR and talent management, but I was interested in a lot of other areas and did not know what to do. I watched my friends finding themselves in perfect positions at perfect companies while I struggled to find a job with I can do with passion. Once when I participated at a conflict management training it just hit me. I realized this is what I want to do. So I started to focus my studies on people development. I succesfully finished a coach and trainer course as well. I continued my career at both smaller and bigger companies when I finally found a place where I can plan on longer term. Besides my daily work, I started a lot of other projects, such as helping friends’ business, coaching and lately I started my blog. Last year I was choosen to be one of the speakers at TEDxBenedekHegy in Veszprém which was a great honour because Veszprém is my hometown.
